Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Learn Romanian app and the website at learnromanian.today. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

Learn Romanian provides language-learning lessons, audio, and pronunciation practice. We work hard to keep content accurate, but we provide the service “as is” and can’t guarantee specific learning outcomes.

3. Free & paid features

• The twelve-week course — every lesson and all of its downloadable audio — is free to use, with no time limit and no account required.
• Conversation Translation (live English ↔ Romanian translation in the Talk tab) is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or annually, and includes up to 150 minutes of translation each month.
• You can try Conversation Translation with a short free preview before subscribing.
• The current price and billing period are shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by region. A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated.

4. Billing & refunds

Billing is handled by Apple and Google. Refund requests are subject to their respective policies. If something’s wrong, email support@learnromanian.today and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our lessons or audio, or use the service unlawfully. The content is for your personal learning.

6. Intellectual property

All content in Learn Romanian (lessons, audio, design, and branding) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. The “Michel Thomas method” is referenced descriptively to indicate our teaching approach; we are an independent product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Romanian is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
